Hayes Park Public School

Concrete Spalling Remedial

Concrete spalling remedial projects at the school focused on identifying and repairing areas where concrete surfaces had deteriorated due to corrosion, moisture penetration, or general wear and tear. The works involved carefully removing damaged sections, treating any underlying steel reinforcement, and applying high-quality repair materials to restore the structural integrity and appearance of the affected areas. By addressing these issues, the project ensured that pathways, playground surfaces, and structural elements remained safe, durable, and fit for daily use by students and staff, while also extending the lifespan of the school’s infrastructure.
