Subfloor Remediation and Floor Finishes

This project involved subfloor termite remediation works at Wollongong TAFE, followed by the installation of engineered concrete flooring and a high-performance commercial epoxy coating. The scope addressed structural protection and long-term durability while delivering a hard-wearing, low-maintenance finish suitable for a high-traffic educational environment. The completed works improve the building’s longevity, safety, and functionality while meeting commercial performance standards.
